PSU Debate Club

The PSU Debate team is a national award winning team led by a two time NSDA Diamond Coach. The team has qualified for highly competitive tournaments, including Harvard, UPENN and Georgetown. They have not only clinched tournament victories but have also been honored with prestigious speaker awards. When admitted to the team, students will have the opportunity to compete nationally at these tournaments.

At the PSU Debate Club, we are passionate about empowering middle and high school students to unlock their full potential through the art of debate. Our biweekly virtual classes, consisting of dynamic and engaging 90 min sessions, provide a dynamic platform for students to develop critical thinking, persuasive argumentation, and public speaking skills.

Through personalised attention and constructive feedback, we ensure that each student receives the guidance they need to flourish not only in debate but all forms of speech. Our goal is to nurture not only their tangible skills but also their confidence, critical thinking abilities, and research prowess.
